Currently I’m doing:

Crunch 20-30 reps x5, 30s rest
Leg raise 10-15 reps x3, 30s rest
Sitting twists 30reps x3, 30s rest
Side bend 30reps x3, 30s rest
Planking 40s-1m x3, 1m rest

Sometimes I work out with weights.
 
I just do whatever my faggot coach makes us do because you're supposed to do a lot of core excersizes for track.
I also run Greyskulls LP
