programmer, while you work for company you can do freelancing too so your income will be good you can do side projects for creating passive income you can create your own statup project, and if you want work for company or freelancing you can go any country you want you can go asia for seamaxx or east europe there is tones of job positions

Engineering mogs. Any competent univ. will offer its engineers at least a baseline education in programming (e.g. intro language classes) via degree requirements, and you can take CS classes for your technical electives. Also, some of univ’s offer CS minors as well.
