yeah you gotta be careful and make sure you can get fully erect everyday if you are dickmaxxing
so many people fuck their dick up with PE

I think PE is a bad idea unless your using an extender which are proven to be safe

Pelvic Floor therapy in conjunction with it should be fine. You just need to make sure you don’t lose pelvic floor function. People underestimate how important that is for your erections, even doctors.

I am also worried about the valves
Dunno, IMO u should give edging and master ur pf muscles before thinking about pumps

The valves are really only at danger if you over do the pressure in the pump. Doctors even prescribe the use of pumps for patients with extreme ED.

However, the valves are at huge risk with jelqing. That’s why I’m so against jelqing, literally the riskiest, least beneficial form of PE.

Both kegels and reverse kegels. Pelvic floor stretching, abdominal strengthening, glutes training, squats, all of these contribute to the pelvic floor.

Vacuum extender, start slow and work up ur time and pressure

i dont have money for a good extender rn so i’m doing manual stretches and i gained with it

Towel raises is most for working kegels right, i can’t do it now cuz i’m having some issues with prem. e

this study says high dosages of d3 and k2 gives half inch length half inch girth after 6 months
seems like an exaggeration but its a legit study and definitely worth the shot even if it works to a lesser extend

0.3-0.4 in. length 0.2 girth 3 months doing everything EXCEPT the extender (LOL)
the gains im guessing are eq gains and some minimal actual expansion from edging and better blood flow
if i had money to buy the extender or any of my looksmaxxing stuff i wouldnt be here

if u want a guess im guessing with my "stack" an inch in length and half an inch in girth in about 6-9 months
