Except For a Bad FHWR / horse face everything is fixable / improvable to normie teir.

Nose part is somewhat misleading, big nose is not a big failo bc thats an easy surgery to fix. Its the stuff that you cant rlly fix or very hard to fix with surgery that is bad like intraocular distance or face length.
