Difficult to rate. because it looks un-natural.
On paper, individual features, are good; but overall it doesn't fit together well.

I would rate 4psl overall, maybe. Somewhere in the avrega range

I would change, soft-maxxing things:.
1. the color contrast is to strong atm, imo. Tone it down, a little bit. Eiether less dark hair, or getting a more tanned skin tone.
2. hair less high, keeping hair on the side I would advise. To creatd width.

more hard-maxxing thing.
1. comparative, the jaw seems to wide. Ideally it's width is more near a straight line. How to change, or compensate that? Sugery might do it. Maybe with fillers, you could also try out cheeckbone filler, maybe causeing a more wide sheeckbone and making it (the jaw) apppear more natural in width. Other sulations I don't know.

If you do any surgery next. imo. I would 100% put the focus on: Overall proportionality, naturall-ish looking, etc.. And not focus on 1 individual feature making it the ideal. Because it also all has to work together well. At least, that is my opinion.
