I have keratitis (hence, photofobia). When looking at any source of light i squint involuntarily. It's noticeable in the photos: when i look directly to the light source i squint more. I'm taking care of the problem, tho (im on isotretinoin too, which ressecta the cornea even more)

Nah I think its impossible to only move one, but moving your top eyelid is different from his case. You can see his eyebrows and brow pursing which isn't caused by moving your top eyelid
