I'm also 5'7 and I'm 68 I'd say you need to put on a lot of muscle, you've got a good base though.

Just hit the gym, it seems you have nice clavicles, you have 0 muscle and not a lot of fat and still you can see wider shoulders so getting some muscles would ascend your body. Had you got a gyno? Bc your nipples look asymetrical

no, I just have asymmetrical nipples. I don’t think that’s too big of a deal as I’ve seen it’s normal to have some sort of asymmetry
