Is it for looking younger or living longer?

Living till 70 mogs living to 100 as you will be remembered better(you won't be as wrinkly, low IQ, low energy etc.) Being very old probably just feels like you are waiting to die and just reliving old memories, doesn't sound very fun.

For looking younger 5ar inhibitors mog. DHT makes your skin lose elastin and collagen and ofc the hair loss. I will jump on fin or duta at 21 even if i have no hairloss

Activates AMPK and induces autophagy. acts as a caloric restriction mimetic, which is why I up dose when I eat a lot. It’s Anti-inflammatory, and inflammation contributes to aging

You should complement the D3 with K2 and a diet rich in calcium.

As you don't use sunscreen I'll add something to protect you from the sun like betacarotene, astaxanthin or Polypodium Leucotomos (the 3 are not exclusive of each other).

With aspirin I don't see any drawbacks and It's always good to keep in check inflamation.

The multivitamin, I'd use some in the form of pill and one that doesn't contain fat-soluble vitamins. Just saying what would be ideal, but if you take it sporadically don't worry a lot.

For collagen production I always read that the best is to eat a diet rich in glycine and vit c. And if you want a cheap suplement eat jelly and bone broth ( use something of quality, some of them have heavy metals ). I thought that direct collagen suplementaton like with collagen peptides was not proven to be effective, we can discuss it here.

Wheatgrass powder its a superfood and I'd consider it a multivitamin. Its great as long as you implement it correctly in your diet and track your nutrients so it can make sense to use it (use the cronometer app)

MSM it's cheap and have great effects.

And about lithium orotate, I don't have much knowledge about it.

I'll add something to fight against cortisol like asgwagandha(cycle it for its numbing effects).

I agree, I do have K2 supplements but I don’t take often, for a get a ton of K1 from my diet, and K2 from grass-fed butter.

Calcium I get from fortified coconut milk and fortified milkadamia, but I do have a supplement that I can take if needed.

I was thinking about adding lycopene to my stack. I get beta-carotene from sweet potatoes (a dietary staple of mine). You are right that I should definitely add more to my stack for ameliorating sun damage, considering I don’t use sunscreen (and live in a high-UV region)

Good to hear that you think that. Ngl I just take it because my mom spontaneously bought a container of wheatgrass powder.

Luckily I have low cortisol usually but use meditative breathing to lower it when desired.

I see no reason it wouldn’t be effective

Theres no consensus that direct collagen suplementation results in more collagen production.

Well, whether it does increase collagen production or not, it seems like it would at least provide the amino acids necessary for collagen. I have a low protein diet, so it’s probably important that I take collagen to prevent collagen loss.

I don’t take collagen primarily for my skin, but for its wonderful amino acid profile. It’s very low in Essential amino acids and high in glycine, and therefore many anti-aging benefits are implicated. Collagen reduces fasting blood glucose in diabetics by 43%, even at only 5 grams. Collagen peptides have extended rodent lifespan.
