Yeah its either that or rhino both will help with the philtrum but the lip lift is way less complicated and expensive of a surgery so im thinking that one

as @Blackgymmax said nose length can’t be changed, don’t even bother with rihno even the surgeon won’t know what to do, just do the lip lift

Well I was thinking more about correcting the retracted collumella and lowering the tip so it makes the philtrum less exxagerated and my nose less pig like not about making it longer
