Currently (5'11, 155 lbs bulking)
5 days weekly PPL split
punching bag and jump rope session 30 mins daily
3 km run daily
150 g of protein daily, idc about calories because I know how much I'm eating usually
3-4 liters water daily
How do I improve this? I don't know shit about working out or anything like that and I'd like to start. I've been doing the PPL split already for about 2-3 weeks now
