Currently (5'11, 155 lbs bulking)

5 days weekly PPL split
punching bag and jump rope session 30 mins daily
3 km run daily

150 g of protein daily, idc about calories because I know how much I'm eating usually
3-4 liters water daily

How do I improve this? I don't know shit about working out or anything like that and I'd like to start. I've been doing the PPL split already for about 2-3 weeks now
 
extend your rope session with a more strong rope

I’m asking U because ur 5’11 and also bulking nica. But anyways from my knowledge working out less is better. HIT >. 3-4 days a week prob best

Prob like 140 something, around my physique but lower bodyfat
135, bulkings been tough last 7 months only about 8 pounds and 5 months in gym

You can improve it by making it simpler so that it's easier to stay consistent.
A
3x5 squats
3x5 bench press
3x5 rows
two accessory movements of your choice

B
3x5 squats
3x5 ohp
1x5 deadlfts
An additional two accessory movements of your choice

AxBxAxx
BxAxBxx

Forget about the running
Forget about the jump rope and punching bag
Just set some time aside each day for walking

"150 g of protein daily"
90g of protein is sufficient

to gain muscle make sure you are in a slight caloric surplus
to lose fat make sure you are in a slight deficit

You don't really need to count your calories while bulking tho, just chug down a litre of whole milk before bed
