Rating Criteria:
‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎‎I rated these 4 regions for their highest testosterone potential given ideal circumstances, including diet, exercise, and environment etc.

‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎1. LHβ
‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎2. CYP17A1
‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎3. SRD5A2
‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎4. FSHB
‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎5. AR
‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ 6. SHBG
‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎7. HSD17B3
‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎8. NR3C4

‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ All of these genes, in some way, influence how our body reacts to testosterone, or hormones linked to testosterone.

• List:
‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎1. West Africa
‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎2. Scandinavia
‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎3. China + Japan
‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎ ‎4. Saudi Arabia + Iran

my list does not correlate with the current list of countries with the highest testosterone levels, since some countries might not have optimal diets or environments to make use of their genetics.
Also, Testosterone does not mean anything on it's own. You also need to look at how it is produced, and how much gets converted into DHT and E2 for example.
