1. They will Go away Over time
2. You learn to cope with it, i for example know all coping mechanisms.
3. Most important. They will be overshadowed by Other mental Problems AnD especially physical Problems. A mental Problem is nothing against a physical Problems Like having to cough all the time or Being ill.
4. Just use drugs
