I think 5'9-10 is the max I would want in a girl. 5'0 is better than that though for me.

I didn't know those were HGH raising foods. I grew up eating those things regularly though. Yeah obviously they'll be eating natural healthy foods and I'll use their height at 13 to judge how much they would need to reach 6'2 to 6'4 range (I care about my kids' mental health and confidence that's why).
