Rest more between sets

I rest around 5 minutes between sets and have better results than when I was restin 1 minute between sets

I do sets of 3 reps at the start of the workout followed by 4 sets of 10 and one set to failure with lightweight

give 100% each rep

for example on pushing day I do bench press 4 sets of 3 and 2 sets of 10 followed by 2 sets of 10 on dips and push ups till failure
 
I dont gymcel, i only rest between my bonesmashing sessions

Legit do a cycle if you can In your gym like do bench then pull up’s then squat then back to bench very time efficient way to get 5+ minutes of rest, i used to do 5x5 on 8 exercises in less than 1 hour with 5 plus minutes rest becouse I would cycle through 4 at a time in my friends garage. Sometimes just 4 exercises for 5x5 and I was in and out in like 35 min.
