Rhino+Bimax simultaneously?

Can you do both in one surgery? Rhino (Septo) + Trimax or should you wait and heal and then do the nose? which gives better results or does it matter?

nah im literally deformed truecel, cant breath/chew+tmjd and high genio. Im lowkey forced to do it.

Btw do you know how to decrease genioal angle and how ccw without impaction works?

he cannot say for sure bc there‘s been no 3D planning yet. Im for sure forcing him for atleast 6mm-10mm or more tho or atleast im hoping for that
