Similar amount of mass different growth vectors.
Barrett's maxilla is a bit vertically deficient but very developed in the forward direction while Ramirez's is developed normally in both the X and the Y axis.
In my opinion Ramirez's look is more balanced and should be canonically considered much better looking than Barrett's. Barrett has a mild short face syndrome that throws his face off balance and gives him the "alien" look (pretty sure his short lower third is the reason he has no appeal).
