Probably placebo but not necessarily. First effects I notice from LGD are increased sex drive around day 2 or 3 and peaking at 6-10. If you had low Testosterone it's possible LGD had an immediate effect day 1 but it's hard to know for sure.

Rad-140 - bulk + getting lean same time
LGD4033 - ultimate bulking, if ure hard gainer its perfect (can mess libido)
Ostarine(Mk286) - little bulk little lean, good for joints ,safest of them all ,great for start with SARMS
MK667 - making more hgh while u sleep, u gonna get nolimit space apetite, you must eat carbs all the time
SR9009 - burn fat/glucose, crazy for endurence
GW501516 - burning calories while you sleep, good for endurence
YK11 - little toxic for liver, so dont take it.
S4 - stay fucking away, common side effect - vision problems

Unless it's mk677 (pretty instant hunger and water retention) it's a placebo. I had the same thing as you. Thought I was super strong and energized. Just wait till you're on it for 2+ weeks if you think the placebo is good.

Last week I was struggling for 8 reps on my bench. This week I upped the weight and it was too easy. I had to increase it some more. Just be sure to warm up properly so you don't hurt your shoulders.
