Things you should consume more and consider doing
ZincZinc is a vital mineral that plays a crucial role in various physiological functions, including semen production and testosterone levels. When it comes to reproductive health, zinc stands out as one of the most crucial minerals that the body requires to produce an adequate amount of semen and maintain optimal testosterone levels. Testosterone, often referred to as the “male hormone,” is responsible for regulating reproductive functions, including the production of sperm. Insufficient zinc levels in the body can lead to a decline in semen volume and a decrease in sperm count, potentially resulting in fertility issues for men. You should eat foods high in zinc such as shellfish, eggs, red meats, etc.
Vitamin C and Vitamin E
Vitamins C and E are essential antioxidants that protect the body’s cells from damage from oxidative stress and free radicals. Vitamin C is one of the most abundant antioxidants in the semen of fertile men, and it contributes to the maintenance of healthy sperm by protecting the sperm’s DNA from free radical damage. Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin that helps protect the sperm’s cell membrane from damage. Men with low fertilization rates who took vitamin E supplements for three months showed a significant improvement in fertilization rate and resulted in increased pregnancy rates.
Pygeum
Pygeum is a prostate-supportive supplement that can also reduce the risk of prostate cancer in high risk individuals. Some benefits include increased sperm quality, semen volume, male fertility, and general prostate health. Pygeum significantly increases both volume and quality of prostatic and seminal gland secretions leading to more effective and copious semen. Pygeum does this by increasing both proteins and alkaline phosphatase in semen. Alkaline phosphatase makes semen more basic or the opposite of acidic, augmenting its ability to buffer the acidic environment of the female vagina – giving sperm a more stable environment when emitted from the body.
Selenium
Selenium is a trace mineral that functions as an antioxidant. Selenium supplements have been shown to increase sperm motility, ad a combination of selenium and vitamin E has been shown to decrease damage from free radicals and improve sperm motility in infertile men. If you consider supplementing selenium, I recommend taking no more than 200 mcg per day.
Vitamin D3
One proposed mechanism to improve sperm quality is with vitamin D supplementation due to its antioxidant properties. Antioxidants can improve quality of semen by reducing oxidative stress which is thought to damage cell membranes, impair sperm mobility, cause DNA damage in sperm, and impair the ability of sperm to fertilize an oocyte. Vitamin D supplementation has been associated with increased sperm motility and improved pregnancy rates among those with male-factor infertility.
Drinking more water
Like other bodily fluids, the semen production in your testicles depends on how much water you drink. The volume and consistency of semen is directly related to hydration levels; a lack of adequate water intake can lead to reduced semen volume and lower sperm count. It has been suggested that men who consume less than 2 litres of water per day have a higher risk of infertility compared to those who consume more than 2 litres. SO DRINK YOUR WATER AND KEEP YOUR BODY HYDRATED!
Reverse Kegels
Reverse kegels is when you relax your pelvic floor muscles to improve pelvic floor dysfunction and erections quality. The feeling of dropping the pelvic floor is similar to the moment of relief during urination or a bowel movement. Deep breathing and visualization can help the down-training process. During deep or diaphragmatic breathing, the diaphragm lowers to make room for the breath, and the pelvic floor relaxes or drops. During exhalation, the diaphragm rises to push air out, and the pelvic floor raises. Reverse Kegels can be practiced in different positions throughout the day, with and without coordination of breathing. I usually do reverse kegels when seated throughout the day.
Edging
I recommend edging since it's good for guys to prevent premature ejaculation. Edging can also result in a more satisfying climax where you will more likely shoot cum further. Another benefit from edging is that it can help men last longer in bed since it can delay mens orgasms. Edge using your imagination or a sfw photo of some hot girl in leggings or something. DON'T EDGE TO PORN! YOU WILL WIRE YOUR BRAIN TO BE ATTRACTED TO PORN ONLY AND WILL DEVELOP PORN INDUCED ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION!

Things that you should avoid
AlcoholThe quantity at which sperm count would be affected by alcohol is high and excessive amounts of alcohol consumption can be a source of infertility. Alcohol lowers sperm production and the production of testosterone. If you're looking for ways to take action and cut back for your overall health, starting with cutting out high amounts of alcohol is a great first step.
Smoking
Cigarettes and weed contain toxins that are often blamed for their bad effect on male health. Men who smoke are exposed to high levels of metals like cadmium and lead, which have been linked to decreased fertility. Lead and cadmium levels have been found to significantly affect semen quality resulting in poor sperm concentration, shape, and movement.
Over-Masturbating
I'm not telling you guys to do that "Nofap" or "NNN" bullshit, but you shouldn't be busting like 1-8 nuts everyday day if you want bigger loads. Try to at least limit it to like 1 or 2 times every month.
Soy Products
In a Harvard Study, it was shown that men who consumed the most soy had the lowest sperm counts. Soy-based foods include soy milk, veggie burgers, protein bars, as well as tofu and tempeh. In this study, men who were overweight were impacted the most. Soybeans are rich in isoflavones, which experiments have shown to have reproductive toxicities. A Harvard Study linked high consumption of isoflavones to lower sperm counts.
Anabolic steroids
Anabolic steroids have a negative effect on sperm production. When supplemental testosterone is given to a man, the hormonal signals that tell the testicles to make testosterone and sperm are blocked, and the man’s natural testosterone production stops.
Heat
The testicles reside in the scrotum and are maintained about two degrees cooler than core body temperature. When it’s hot, the scrotum relaxes and the testicles settle lower, and, as all men know, when it’s cold, they rise up and are held close to the body. If testicular temperature is maintained above a desirable level, for a prolonged period, it can impair sperm production – not just the quantity, but also the quality. Avoid hot tubs and the sauna!
Conclusion
Hopefully this thread was helpful for some of you! As dumb as this thread may seem, it's really a good feeling to bust a big load when having sex and can most likely impress your partner. I've noticed also many guys on this forum having been talking about PE and dickpills lately. I may or may not make a PE thread in the future depending on the amount of time I have.
