Even T. rex didn't skip arm day, srs it was carrying carcasses. It has though got the most mogger neck, frame and skull though. Here's it mog compared to its predecessor rival of "equal" size, Giganotosaurus:

And I'm not sure about the ones that fail, because outliers like Tristian Tate could fit into either.
