Sleeping on your back, does it actually make your face more symmetrical? I used to sleep on my stomach or side, and when I was younger, I had good symmetry and a defined jawline. Now I'm 16 and it seems like my jaw is getting uneven. I've started chewing on both sides and want to know if sleeping on my back can really help with symmetry?

Only if u do it from the time ur born

It’s not gonna magically align ur face just stop it from getting worse

With added bonus of less wrinkles in the area u sleep

I’m trying to get used to it but it’s brutal.

I can’t sleep on my back.

Start sleeping with headphones
i’m already trying with 2 pillows on the sides of my head under the pillow that i sleep with.

It’s good cuz i don’t rotate, but it’s bad cuz my brain just won’t let me sleep until i’m on my side
