Its literally all genetics, any homosexual that says you can overcome your genetics for body building is autistic. I started a year and a half ago and got super autistic about anatomy and shit, straight bulking this entire time, and the fact I'm eating 3500 cals daily but still have a 6 pack and my body fat doesn't go to my waist or face is all genetic.

So completing your character is imagining who you are, when all of your goals are accomplished, and just becoming that guy, cause 9/10 times the guy your imagining, is a badass. But the one answer that's the same for every HUMAN, is really just starting a family, all your goals and everything you strive for, your end game really is just starting a family.

at my height 3500 daily puts on .5 lbs per week. anything higher wouldn't be lean tissue it would then be fat.

breh, I can fit three of my heads on my clavicle, im 6'1 and my arms go to the bottom 1/3 of my quads, compared to common bodybuilding heights, and the bench specialists like the Lexx little body types, thats a lengthier build.
