This is something I noticed when interacting with other people online.
They answer your post, but not in it's entirety, you have to ask them again in order to have the full answer.
Example:
Person A: I dowloaded the zip folder, but there are too many files, should I copy them all or just the first 3?
Person B: Just copy them all into folder Y.
See? While it seems there's nothing wrong with person B's answer, the fact that he didn't answer why there's nothing wrong to send all the files and never explained why is something that happens a lot on the Internet.
People want to give the most superficial and copy & paste answer possible.
That's why many times I value a long post, at least the person is not giving me a sandwiched/fast food type of answer.
