Finasteride would only affect size if used during puberty. Past puberty only way you're going to lose size on your dick if you deprived yourself of androgens for so long that you didn't achieve an erection for like years on end. So a bit like males when they transition from male to female. They crush their androgens to the ground (T and DHT).

So the only real thing at this point that could be inhibited is your erection quality which boils down to blood flow and androgens and if there's enough of them support the functions.
