You have to improve a little bit of everything most likely. You can do this through softmaxign and fillers

Some of the best ascensions on the site were from fillers and softmaxing, they normally go from ltn-mtn to htn-chadlite

Get a Lefort 1 to recess your upper jaw and/or get a huge genioplasty to advance your lower jaw
