If an average person lives for 75 years.
That means that a person born in 1990 will die on 2065.
If a 1000 people are born in a year.
That means atleast 75 000 will be alive in 2065.
At every year, there is a maximum-minimum age range of people alive.
So in 2017, if there were 350 million people in America.
And only 7000 people were Physics majors.
Supposed to be 7000 × 75 = 525 000 in total with a cut off limit of those born 74 years ago from now.
Obviously the average human is only able to get a degree at the age of 17 onwards owing to hsving to complete pre-university education.
But at any given year theres always people at the age of getting a university degree onwards. BUT THERE WERE ALREADY PEOPLE WHO HAD GOTTEN THEIR DEGREES AND STILL ALIVE IN 2017.
So anyways... 525 000 is 0.15% of 350 million people.
That means only 15 people in 10 000 have atleast an Undergrad degree in Physics.
