Carnivore diet is 100% legit and improves sex appeal. Morons on this forum will deny it jfl. If anyone does it just make sure you eat organs and get enough fat so you don't shit blood. I stopped it because my family made such a fucking big deal about it that I went back to the "western diet" for convenience. Such greed.

It 100% works but is not sustainable for me. I would do it when i'm trying to lose weight, and then just go back to a balanced diet
