I don't disagree with this, simply put:

+1 point in race > +1 point face > +1 point in NT status

Meaning that one unit carries more weight than the other to rank the overall attractiveness

It could be the case that race carries a weight of 2:1 of face or for example 40 out of 100 for race and face 20/100, but the point is that in terms of attractiveness race has more impact on the perception of attractiveness by the general population than face by each added point or unit.

This is more arbitrary but the formula can be
Out of 100 points to rank attractiveness:
Race: 40
Face:20
NT status:15
Height: 12
Dimorphic ratios: 8
Dick: 5

If you are not raking on the general or globalized perceived attractiveness and are going for the attractiveness within each race sure, exclude race and distribute the points

Again it can be arbitrary, but the order must be the same, something like:
Face: 30
NT status: 25
Height: 20
Dimorphic ratios: 15
Dick: 10

And yes NT is that important, almost as face and more that height
If you have are like "7/10" just in looks but a near 0 in NT this is what happens --> 0,7*(100-25)=52,5
