Our bodies balance dopamine and pain

The easier you go through life, the more pain you’ll experience.

The harder you go through life, the more joy you’ll experience.

More stress = more dopamine

Less stress = less dopamine


The following are ways to increase daily stress experience to achieve higher dopamine levels:

• NoPorn, NoFap, and Semen Retention
• No sugar/junk food
• Cold showers
• Sleep naked in the cold without a cover
• Go hunting without a gun

There’s many more dopamine detox’s you can perform to achieve the ideal mind.
