There is no saving a spinecel.. there is no LL for SPINE..
I have ulna length equivalent of 6', my wingspan is 6'1, my leg length equivalent is 6'4.2 (if we double the leg length), my skull is tall too...
But my sitting height doesnt even pass the minimum airforce requirement..
I am 5'6 and 2/3rds...
I shouldve at least been 5'11.. AT LEAST...
In high school even short girls sitting height fogged me and I had to look to the sides to see the white board..
In fact I think almost everyone sitting height mogged me...

Op.. Are you aware of streching your spine discs.. Astronauts grow 2 to 3 inches in space..just ffom spine decompression and it lasts for weeks.

You can grow around 1 1/2 inches in spine length if you use an inversion table for couple hours.

An inch of spine length is relatively huge.. Think about it
