probably got fillers his jaw angle is too sharp though maybe im wrong
If you compare the first and last photos the only difference is squinting + apparent jaw transformation.

Also jfl at comparing candids to frauded selfies I can boost 3 PSL by taking well angled selfies with my jaw in the perfect place while squinting with ideal brightness. this is 99% of mewing changes.
