This fucking acne bump keeps popping

Fuck this shit i've cleared my acne finally thanks to this forum ofc, but still this fucking acne underskin bump/nodule keeps popping, bro after it heals, booom another one pops wtf? its like this one bump just changes spot every 3-4 days jfl,im gonna name him tyrone. give advice how to finally get rid of it.

• stop eating food containing seed oil (omega6 inflammates skin), avoid peanuts too.
• drink 2 spoons of cod liver oil daily (omeg3 reduces skin inflammation)
• reduce carbohydrate intake (high glucose inflammates skin) and increase calories from healthy fat and protein
• do not drink alcohol

if you still have acne then do 5 months of isotretinoin (accutane)
