tight pelvic floor

my pelvic floor is tight af. i had a VERY painful and embarrassing small operation where they put a camera up my dick revealing why i need to piss so often. turns out my muscles are overactive/tight around my bladder etc.

my erection quality is also not as good as it should be considering im super healthy, active and dont often fap/porn anymore.

anyone else got some good techniques?
