Benefits of High Bone Density

Bone Density is crucial for a healthy look, it increases the robustness and size of your entire skeleton, especially the thickness of your facial bones. It reduces fracture risk, improves punch resistance and it even slightly increases your height if you have suboptimal levels.

How Bone Density Impacts Height

Your total body height is made up of the length of your femur, tibia, pelvis, spine length and head size. Your bone density correlates to the width and height of all these bones, so increasing it will lengthen each of them slightly and can make you regain up to an 1 inch or even more in lost height, IF you are very deficient.

Things that Increase Bone Density

1. Supplements:

- Vitamin K2
- Vitamin D
- Iodine
- Low Dosages of Vitamin A
- Magnesium
- Copper
- Calcium

2. Exercise

3. Get Enough Sleep

4. Increase Testosterone

Things that decrease bone density

1. Too much Vitamin D

2. Too much Zinc (leads to copper deficiency)

3. Too much Vitamin A

4. Sleep deprivation

5. Hypothyroidism

That's about it, depending on your current health you could gain anything from 1mm to 3cm of height with this.
Also expect your face to look fuller, more robust and better overall.

Only thing I will say is that instead of coping with supplements, eating the food with the actual nutrients in it is 100x times better.

Test + Mk677 + anavar/winstrol + flurbiprofen would be more effective then all of these natural vitamin mineral stuff tbh.

Thx bro. Unless you have leaky gut like me though, I supplement everything just to be safe, without it I wouldn't get all the nutrients from food

Only supplements no exercise or anything? Weight training can increase bone density if supplemented with proper nutrients. It’s Heavy weight bearing exercises that do it the most but wouldn’t that cause compression of the spine?

mk677 = £30s a month, test = £25 10wks 250mgs anavar = £20-30s for 50-100 10mgs same price as winny roughly. still would be way better imo then this stuff but oh well. gonna throw some of these supplements in my stack.

So basically eat well (or supplement) but don't get too much of one nutrient+sleep+exercise+raise T?

Exactly, T is less important in the high range, the greatest effect on bone density comes from raising it into normal / high normal range

Calcium: 1000mg
Copper: 2 - 4 mg
Zinc: no more than 50mg to keep copper ratio
Vitamin D: 5000 IU for maintenance
Magnesium: 400mg or slightly more
Iodine: 500mcg to 1000mcg max
Vitamin A: 3000 - 5000IU

Take them daily, better to have them regularly in normal doses to emulate food rather than to megadose

Genetics

too much calcium and too little vitamin D
Too much Vitamin D actually reduces bone density, some people also got anxiety from taking 20k IU regularly, 10k Max for maintenance, but 5k is enough if you're not a total basement dweller and actually go outside when the sun is out

I take 8k-12k a day

not true. dont know where hes getting that from. hes just some rando g(r)eycel lmao.

this is true though:

like 70% of the entire world is deficient in vit D, and its one of the most important factors in maintaining g high natty testosterone.

so in theory high vit D3 should make you taller, and also we know that babies born in the summer are taller on average. likely due to higher vit d3.

also on paper 10k IU isnt a true 10k IU that your body aborbs, its likely way less then you take in.

10k IU is literally maintainance levels, and before you get a vit d toxicity you need to consume like 100k iu every day for a long time lol.

only thing that could happen is that your vit k2 is too low to properly redirect your calcium that releases after taking vit d3, so eating cheeses or taking a vit k2 supp is a good idea.

Cholecalciferol (10,333 IU) given weekly in patients on chronic hemodialysis produces a steady state in 25-hydroxyvitamin D of approximately 24 ng/ml.

---------------

''Compared to not using supplements, a minimum regimen of 1000–2000 IU once or twice per week for one month was not effective in raising 25(OH)D. Compared to this minimum regimen, higher doses of 2000–3000, 3000–4000, and 5000 IU or more were associated with a 7.49, 13.19 and 30.22 nmol/L 25(OH)D increase, respectively; frequencies of three to four, five to six and seven times/week were associated with a 5.44, 16.52 and 30.69 nmol/L increase, respectively; and supplementation of five months or longer was associated with an increase of 6.68 nmol/L (p < 0.01 for all). Age, body weight, physical activity, smoking, and self-rated health were significantly associated with 25(OH)D.''

yes, anavar is a "weak" steroid but in terms of bone density, and growth velocity increase, anavar and winstrol have both been used very successfully for this purpose.

why flurbiprofen?

anavar increases igf-1 by a fuck ton and upregulates androgen receptors in skeletal muscle
