No, i've seen some after results (taken a week later by surgeon) where they dont have it and others where they do, so idk.

I would say 60-70% of swelling is gone now, most swelling is in lip area.

Overall I am very pleased with the results so far.

Decent improvement can only tell the final result once swelling is completely down and you can form a lip seal. Your lower third looks more projected and less scrunched up imo

Still look very swollen, but I think it'll look pretty good when it subsides. I do think it's kind of insane that you would get this surgery without knowing what you even you look like lean, which is what you actually look like. In your case, it's no big deal because you had the money, but for anyone else - get lean before you start developing body dysphoria over 1mm of UEE or whatever.

I am still fairly swollen, i would say swelling is only 50% gone, and if you saw me at the start you would understand that there is still loads of swelling left if only 50% has subsided

Combination of the two, implants would have looked weird without the advancement provided by bimax. And bimax alone would have left infras recessed… I think both. I would say that implants delivered the biggest change in my appearance.

Yeah your forward growth wasn't that bad before, but still not in the ideal range. After bimax you have ideal mogger forward growth.
However, if you were to not get supras + infras you would definitely look more or less the same just a slightly better side profile.
Overall, from this implants definitely made the biggest impact and if you were going to have one or the other it should definitely be implants (in your case).
But obviously getting both is the meta.
