for nutritent dense foods or for specific vitamins/minerals.
everyone knows about protein but how about vitamin C/A/K etc

They don't have vitamin A, they have beta-carotene which has a very low conversion rate.
Just eat meat, eggs, some dairy and you're good jfl.

milk eggs mixed nuts spinach mixed berries & avocados will hit pretty much all your micronutrients except for K2 but everyone is deficient in that.
oh, I forgot, you also need some meat preferably beef.

Drink a glass of orange juice a day to get daily dose of vitamin C. Just look at what you eat and what you don't eat and see if you're getting your daily vitamins. If not, then supplement.
