Idk how true is it but one nigga suggested to eat protein all day, carbs in the afternoon and then go for sprinting at the evening. Then just drink milk with 2-3 tablespoon sugar.

He said this will massively increase HGH and IGF-1 levels

1. sprinting increases hgh to grow your legs not to grow in height
2. artificial sugar is shit for increasing igf1, you can get fat, rather eat fruits high in sugar
3. doesnt increase hgh

why not run hgh peptides? that would probably have the highest impact

but that in and of itself is debatable, whether increasing the igf1 will have any effect on the clavicular growth - what if this is just your genetic limit? or you reach your genetic limit quicker due to increased growth velocity

how do you know that the slight igf1 increase you will gain from peptides (or HGH) will take you past the genetic limit?

Yeah but why legs only? I mean it's HGH, shouldn't it grow everything?
well, because you sprinted and used your legs. but sure, you can do sprints if you want, they put stress on the bone which might help, but HGH wise, it won't do shit.
