What books/studies to read to become a maxilla "expert"

I know the basics but I want to become more knowledgeable in the subject of the craniofacial complex. I have already read Jaws: The Story of a Hidden Epidemic, and will begin reading Essentials of Facial Growth. I have also heard about Dr.Mew's book but it looks outdated and can't find pirated copies of it online. Any other forms of media would also be helpful.
