She looks closer to Albanian girls then Macedonian ones but its also common with them, Macedonians are only 40% slavic on average while Albanians in Macedonia are 25% slavic on average, they aren't that different like you would think. She doesn't actually look like a gypsy here because they never have white skin like this, its always light brown at the very least, and by features also gypsies don't usually have a hooked nose like that or eyes like that, they are more squinted and nose is more roundish
