I wakeup. Steam my face with boiling water and a towel over my head for a few mins

Take a shower and rub this on my face

I get out of the shower and use 1 pea size drop of tret/benzoyl peroxide .1%

I mix it with 2 big pumps of cerave moisturizer:

After that i leave it alone for the day and maybe will do the acne foaming wash again before going to bed

I don't have a facial sunscreen, I just ordered one reccomened by my mom

I'll be applying that after my morning routine I guess

I don't always steam my face in the morning if I have school or cba

Also starting castor oil for eyebrows and lashes as I don't wanna fuck my skin with Midox, I might finish the remainder of my bottle tho

I hadn't been doing tret consistently so I'm pretty hopeful.

Also derm gave me these pills to "Jumpstart" the process, antibiotics or some shit

I didn't take them for a while because they made me yak but I now take 2 nightly:

Isn't it easier to go to a dermatologist and understand what your acne is related to? It's usually an infection under the skin. Maybe some antibiotics will make you feel better.

preferably you should use tret at night rather than in the morning so your skin doesn't become hyper sensitive while the sun is out, sunscreen helps but it'll be more sensitive than it would otherwise be.

I just use all my gf’s stuff she recommends. She’s huge into skin care and has loads of tret tubes at hand and right now just using retinol, an oil, and a little tube of this dark spot remover so my skin has an even tone. My skins been so glow lately unnit

I live in the American Gardens building on West 81st street. My name is Patrick Bateman. I'm 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion. There is an idea of a Patrick Bateman, some kind of abstraction, but there is no real me. Only an entity, something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our life styles are probably comparable, I simply am not there.
