Help me boyos, I need a breakfast option that has the most amount of protein, despite having low calories (250-350). I want to optimize the amount of protein I get on a daily basis.

Chicken based products (lean breast, eggs, minced chicken).

Followed by lean beef steak but few people eat that for breakfast.

Bacon is not a low calorie breakfast at all, 100g of bacon has a lot of protein, but it has a whopping 541kcal.

Low fat Greek yogurt/ Skyr
This is definitely the most convenient thing. It's like 18g per serving. Pretty easy to eat 1.5 servings in like a minute. Get it at Aldi for $3-something.

Keep in mind that micronutrition is mostly in animal fats, not the protein, the two just come together naturally. So if you're looking for the highest ratio of protein:calories typically such a food will be less nutritious. Isolate powders being at the extreme end, then things like egg whites, chicken breast etc. Better off just having a few whole eggs or a fattier cut of meat and cutting calories elsewhere.

Egg whites. Whey protein with water, collagen powder, gelatin

Isn't that a very lean cut of Angus Beef? At 28g protein (112 calories from protein) at 130 calories, that's like 2g of fat? A quick google search suggests that Angus Beef has way more fat than that.

I buy the same brand of Egg Whites. JFL.
When I'm cutting, egg whites are my go-to breakfast.
I rely a lot on whey protein powder too. But if I'm having egg whites or some other high protein breakfast, I won't have a protein shake until after I come back from the gym. Or later in the day on a rest day.
