Morning 8am: 3 large eggs + 2 brown toast = 28g protein
i used to pop down atleast 8 eggs in the morning but now they're expensive as shit so i do 3eat 2-3 eggs everyday then youll be relatively healthy

This is definitely the most convenient thing. It's like 18g per serving. Pretty easy to eat 1.5 servings in like a minute. Get it at Aldi for $3-something.Low fat Greek yogurt/ Skyr
