Sure but I can't evaluate it's length. You can find an app for that or do the measurement yourself.

Your chin should be be at least twice longer.

I cant remember, but like others have said, the chin should be around 2 times longer than the philtrum (in men). My chin-philtrum ratio is trash.

A protruding philtrum will make it appear shorter from the front (and signifies good forward growth of the mouth and lower third usually), so it's desirable.

no, it is just that the philtrum is dependent of what it is attached to

Additionally, a philtrum with medium length, "narrower" width, and ever-so-slightly protruded are generally decent parameters for an "ideal" philtrum; conversely, a singular description may not apply to all people, as phenotype, bone structure, and overall harmony come into play.
