Most of the attractive women I know like messy (styled messy anyway) and/or wavy hair. Shorter on the sides only to make it look clean and groomed, but no skin fade.

As others have said, go on a cut, lose some body fat, hair is fine, maybe some length would benefit it, but better definition in the face due to fat loss will 100% enhance everything in your face tbh
