i am eating 1500 calories and doing 2hr elleptical everyday should i increase calories slightly and do 1 hr cardio + calisthenics instead? i am not doing lifting rn cause poorcel

if u dont wanna cuck ur hormones do at most a 500 calorie deficit

1500 is too low unless You're like 5'2

Eat a little more and try to build muscle
 
1500 calories is way too low unless your tdee is 2000. Make sure to workout daily, eat 1g/pound BW of protein, make it sustainable (drink as much sugar free soda and crystal lights as you want) because it will take awhile but each day is progress, eat enough fat for test production, a few carbs to pre -workout, refeed days are good to have research them, drink a lot of liquids to keep you full and hydrated.

I’m cutting rn ~300-500 Cals each day, lift weights 6-7 days a week, I don’t really feel like my T is taking to much of a hit I still get morning wood and shit but I know if I cut more it’ll sap my T.
