Difficult to tell given this picture, but I would say:

• Given your slight ptosis on your left eyelid, you might be able to get ptosis correction (which moves your eyelid) if the ptosis is impeding your vision
• Otherwise, looks like you have lots of upper eyelid exposure and negatively tilted eyebrows, which suggests that you have weak supraorbital rims - to fix this you would need supraorbital implants, and possibly fat-grafting/fillers to the upper eye fat pads if the supras are not sufficient enough
• Likeiwse, you've got sagging lower lids, suggesting you may have weak infraorbital rims (and possibly weak zygos as well, as those often go hand-in-hand). The solution to this would be saddled infraorbital rim implants
  • This may still not be enough though, and you might need a canthoplasty afterwards to further correct the eyelids.

This depends on your age though - if you're still a kid, you really should wait a few more years to get implants anyway, since getting them too young is usually not the best idea.
