What teeth do you chew with to strengthen masseters?

So I see a lot of different types of chewing and chewing utensils, notably jawzersize and chisell.

Jawzersize is used with incisors whereas chisell uses the back teeth. Which one would I use if I wanted to improve masseters? I'm assuming you have to use the molars (aka back teeth) but I wanna know since I don't want to chew with the wrong teeth and get screwed over.

yeah I know. I eat carrots with my molars but I don't know if I'm using the right teeth or not. Do i use molars or something else?
