What to say to my surgeon for my bimax ans genioplasty (pics included)

Hi,

Basically my lower third is shit but the rest of my face is good.

People advice me to do a bimax and a genioplasty.

The things is I don't know what to tell to my surgeon to have a successful and aesthetics bimax and genioplasty.

I'd suggest watching a bunch of Coceancig videos of him designing new faces to get an understanding of what can be achieved.

you want a nice jawline. you want some ccw rotation. you want the soft tissue to stretch better. you want to fix functional issues and aesthetics.
