what workouts do u do at the gym to muscle maxx?

Incline press, overhead press, pullups, curls, rows, lateral raises, reverse flies

I dont even go gym anymore. Just push ups and ring face pulls.

L sit pullups, Ring pushups, Korean dips, resistance band shoulder press behind the neck. U dont need the gym, i have a quality physique just because of calisthenics movement.

lat pulldowns, rows, pull ups, bicep curls, wrist curls
squat, leg press, hamstring curls, leg extensions, calf raises
4x12 on all, no problem bro
