just because they look like subhumans mean they are wrong lol. failo effect proven again.
Vegan diet makes ZERO sense. How can a diet where it's literally impossible to get some nutrients be natural and healthy? :lul:

Can't believe low kcal diet wasn't mentioned yet.

The more energy you eat and use every day, the more you are aging your body and the less efficient your body uses energy.

The trial participants, aged between 21 and 50, were randomized into two groups: 34 people in a test group reduced their calorie intake by an average of 15%, and 19 people in a control group ate as usual. At the end of each of the two years, they all underwent a range of tests related to overall metabolism and biological markers of ageing, including damage associated with oxygen free radicals released during metabolism. They were also placed in the metabolic chamber for 24 hours.

The scientists found that participants on the diet used energy much more efficiently while sleeping than did the control group. This reduction in their base metabolic rate was greater than would be expected as a result of the test group’s weight loss, which averaged nearly 9 kilograms per participant. All the other clinical measurements were in line with reduced metabolic rate, and indicated a decrease in damage due to ageing.

vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans have plenty of nutrients lmao. you dont have to eat any processed vegan foods and you will do fine.
only nutrient that is lacking is b12 but you can just take a supplement.

Yes they have some but are mostly not very absorbable because of antinutrients.

It's not only b12 that u are missing. U can't get heme iron, vitamin a (u can only get beta carotene), creatine, cholesterol, k2. Just take a supplement hahahaha bro that should tell u enough about the diet.

Oh yeah and enjoy ur pesticides.

Caloric Restriction, like 20 - 30 percent has been consistently associated with longer lifespan on different animal studies .... I do intermittent fasting 20/4 which isn't studied as much as caloric restriction but can potentially be as healhy as the former.

This diet, all these foods are extremely inflammatory and cause disease and aging. I follow avoiding all these

TOP 10 BAD FOODS:

  1. Wheat
  2. Barley
  3. Rye
  4. Oats, Oatmeal – even if it says that it’s gluten free.
  5. Fried Food – nothing fried! You should boil, broil or bake and never more than medium rare.
  6. Oils – Yes, this includes Olive Oil! NO canola, NO coconut, etc… If it has OIL in the name don’t use it. This also includes anything made from oil, like salad dressing. Dr. Wallach recommends using salt and lemon juice as a salad dressing. No margarine or combo spreads. No mayonnaise. Nothing made from oils.
  7. No burned fats – If you grill your food, try to have something between the food and the fire (like aluminium foil) so the juice doesn’t drip onto the flame and deposit dangerous things on the meat.
  8. Any nitrates added to meat – (ie: deli meats) tell your butcher NO NITRATES or NITRITES!
  9. No carbonated drinks of any kind within one hour before, during or one hour after meals.
  10. Skin of a baked potato (or yam, or sweet potato).

Foods to eat: eggs and foods high in antioxidants (berries, dark chocolate, green/white tea, etc)
why are oats bad?

I like Stan Efferdings diet approach (basically a modified RP diet). Also, I think a diet should primarily be judged on how good it makes you feel overall, how well you perform, how good you look etc. This should be a pretty accurate proxy for how good it is for your health, which (being healthy) in turn should be "anti-aging".

Let's assume the OMAD or vegan or keto or whatever crowd is right. For most, such an anti-intuitive way of eating will lead to dissatisfaction, poor performance and social exclusion. Even if you don't take the stress that causes into consideration (which will age you), all those factors make a supposedly "ideal", but anti-intuitive diet not worth it.

+ Organ meats are the most nutrient dense and bioavailable food there is. I think Stan neglects mentioning them because most people are such pussies they can't get themselves to eat them.

Low sugar, minimal salt, 0 processed food, 0 seed oil, no artificial sweeteners, no snacks or fast food. Eat whatever else you want and consume probiotics. Organ meats once a week.

Lifestyle also matters a lot: Make sure you're active and don't smoke or drink, spend minimal time under the sun (one to two hours at most) and make sure you're avoiding the sun during peak hours (10-12PM usually). Stress ages you the most, so leave your house every once in a while and de-stress with meditation and music.
Unrefined salt is good for you

to anyone saying minimise sugar, anything thats been browned via frying/grilling causes the same glycation and collagen damage so you should also be minimising that. Personally I don't give that much of a shit about either since there isnt long term studies

Why is coconut oil bad but stuff like lard not bad? Coconut oil is all saturated fat which doesn’t get oxidized while lard is full of PUFAs.

Are eggs that have been browned something that can cause glycation? I’m pretty sure you need carbs to cause glycation.
