I've only ever seen the one picture of you but definitely possible. Minor lack of chin and lower third height, lack of angularity and poor skin seem like your biggest flaws, and they're all fixable.

I’ve been rated 6.5-7 on Lookism (where 9 was still a rate, unlike here) so I guess I could be a solid 7 with surgeries. I don’t think I could break into the MM rate.
