Front and 3/4. 3/4 may be a bit more important since you dont have an exact frontal view of most people.

The vast majority of people have a 'shit' profile, if by that you mean a straight on side shot. There's a tiny percentage of the population that have an angular and defined jawline from a perfect side view.

As for the question - front and 3/4 is most important, easily.
